I have been melting muscles and fascia for 15 years in NYC, SF and now LA. Exact anatomical manipulations are my specialty. My goal is to get you back to doing what you do best by doing what I do best. I bring experience but also presence. I hold a container to support your body’s natural force of healing.
I’m always looking for new ways to hone my skill by studying new techniques to further help my clients access the healing that their body is always striving towards. Your body is an amazing healing machine. Sometimes it just needs a little support.
Each session is tailored to the clients needs for depth and pressure. I am a deep tissue specialist but listening is my greatest skill. My work is very specific.
I am an expert in relieving the pain of neck, back, sciatica, myofascial pain syndrome.

In CA you need 500 hours to be a massage therapist. I have over 2500 hours of manual therapy training in both NY and CA. I am truly passionate about this work and my clients care.
